I’ve been craving blueberries/lemon and like you, kept coming across the same issue grrr I was going to make a white/or maybe even a light lemon cake with a blueberry puree marbled through the batter, layered with lemon curd and cream cheese icing (a flavor combo from Shannon Bond Cake Design that sounds amazing) now I’ll just have to try both!
