I made this cake for my Mom’s 60th birthday! It is layers of caramel mud cake, chocolate mud cake, salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream, and topped with Nutella chocolate ganache, dark chocolate caramel squares, toffee, caramel popcorn, and chocolate covered honey comb!I got the recipe from my Katherine Sabbath cook book. I love it and can’t wait to try another recipe!
